And the election worker let him vote without a voting card. (What you get in the mail) Instead they chose to accept his vote simply by him having an id.

The parents had his voting card since he wasn't fit to vote. And this has happened during several previous elections.

Voting card is a piece of paper with a code on it and an adress where you can vote. You are supposed to bring that paper together with your ID to vote.

Voting cards are not an id and doesn't function like one.

*sigh* The way Swedish elections work is that you pick a piece of paper with the party name on it and then place it in a letter. There are three letters. One for national, one for regional and one for local. You then place these three letters inside of a bigger envelope. This bigger envelope is placed in the election box.

In Sweden you choose a party ballot and then check an individual if you want to vote for one one person extra much. If the party doesn't get enough votes to bring everyone in, the popular candidates gets the seats first.

Even under the highest level of confidence, they admit that “ High Confidence in a judgment does not imply that the assessment is a fact or a certainty; such judgments might be wrong.” They go on to explain that Moderate Confidence means that the information is “ plausible but not of sufficient quality “

Nothing in this whole report is a fact, they admit it could all be wrong , and the NSA seems skeptical that Russia favored Trump in this influence campaign.
