i'm not forcing shit
if your complaint is about taxes, that's fair, they suck ass
but don't blame the vulnerable, blame the rich twits who line their pockets and those of their friends

2018-10-17 22:37:13 UTC

I don't care about these people. They need to stay the fuck out.

2018-10-17 22:37:16 UTC

the asylum seekers aren't the ones forcing you to pay taxes lol

2018-10-17 22:37:35 UTC

if you don't care, why encourage the use of force to stop them from pursuing a comfortable life?

2018-10-17 22:37:46 UTC

>They need to stay the fuck out

2018-10-17 22:37:47 UTC

chill out until they actually do harm

2018-10-17 22:38:10 UTC

No. They have no right to be here. We are not a charity. They stay the fuck out.

2018-10-17 22:38:19 UTC

No compromise.

2018-10-17 22:38:21 UTC

<:NotLikeThis:313332634153517067>

2018-10-17 22:38:32 UTC

k, you're a broken record

2018-10-17 22:38:41 UTC

I have no reason to negotiate here.

2018-10-17 22:38:53 UTC

They stay out.

2018-10-17 22:39:06 UTC

You're trying to appeal to my empathy. I have none for these people.

2018-10-17 22:39:15 UTC

Appeal to my logic instead.

2018-10-17 22:39:22 UTC

this isn't a negotiation lol
neither of us are politicians, we don't need to make a deal or compromise

2018-10-17 22:39:44 UTC

i was trying to reason with you, and you just fall back on emotional points that you don't care

2018-10-17 22:40:11 UTC

No, you have not reasoned at all. You have provided no valid reason as to why these foreigners should be permitted into the US.

2018-10-17 22:40:33 UTC

You have appealed to emotion by saying they are vulnerable.

2018-10-17 22:40:46 UTC

I do not care if they are vulnerable. That is not a valid reason for letting them into the US.

2018-10-17 22:41:28 UTC

If they are vulnerable and have legitimate reason for seeking asylum they can do so in Guatemala in accordance with international law.

2018-10-17 22:42:16 UTC

because i think that the peaceful pursuit of happiness and liberty should be granted until there's a good reason to restrict it
you're being driven by bizarre emotional ideas about taxes and borders, to encourage the use of force to stop them from doing harmless travelling

2018-10-17 22:42:53 UTC

you "don't care", yet insist on preventing them from doing stuff that isn't any of your business

2018-10-17 22:43:50 UTC

Peaceful pursuit of happiness is not a valid reason to let them into the US. There is no law saying "you must let unhappy people in". Not wanting my tax dollars to go to law-breaking non-citizens is not illogical or emotional. It is rational.

2018-10-17 22:44:09 UTC

if we disagree on the premise that peaceful pursuit of those things is important, then fair enough, i concede that my reasoning is futile

2018-10-17 22:44:25 UTC

Countries are not charities. We have no obligation to spend our wealth on foreigners.

2018-10-17 22:44:37 UTC

We have no obligation to let foreigners in.

2018-10-17 22:44:40 UTC

you're spending your wealth keeping people out for no good reason

2018-10-17 22:44:52 UTC

The good reason is that they are not American.

2018-10-17 22:44:57 UTC

you assume the default is to keep them out

2018-10-17 22:45:16 UTC

and that the choice is whether to actively let them in or not

2018-10-17 22:45:23 UTC

when it's the reverse

2018-10-17 22:46:06 UTC

If we did not keep them out billions of third-worlders would plunder and destroy this nation.

2018-10-17 22:46:24 UTC

<:WaitWhat:433646897383866369>

2018-10-17 22:46:28 UTC

y tho

2018-10-17 22:47:26 UTC

what do they have to gain from that? and billions?
if your government didn't waste its resources preventing people from traveling and working, they could just come over and contribute

2018-10-17 22:47:31 UTC

no harm done

2018-10-17 22:47:41 UTC

Tell that to Germany or Sweden.

2018-10-17 22:47:53 UTC

i'm *in* Germany lol

2018-10-17 22:48:23 UTC

That explains a lot.

2018-10-17 22:48:25 UTC

Stay there.
