No, you have not reasoned at all. You have provided no valid reason as to why these foreigners should be permitted into the US.
You have appealed to emotion by saying they are vulnerable.
I do not care if they are vulnerable. That is not a valid reason for letting them into the US.
If they are vulnerable and have legitimate reason for seeking asylum they can do so in Guatemala in accordance with international law.

Peaceful pursuit of happiness is not a valid reason to let them into the US. There is no law saying "you must let unhappy people in". Not wanting my tax dollars to go to law-breaking non-citizens is not illogical or emotional. It is rational.
