angels also do this
as they have no physical form or body
their manifestations as men in the Bible are not their true form
but "puppets"
Angels can be thought of in the modern perspective as "interdimensional aliens"
not even that, because aliens are still limited to a physical state, even if they may have more or less dimensions than us
Ok so he's not only a Jew but also a retard
i can tell you more about Melchizedek at a later point, btw @Iakovos
because i know a fair bit about him, as the concept of Theophany is very intriguing to me
Physical state means of the dimension we're from. Being interdimensional means they're not natively physical, and have to use some means to manifest themselves from the spiritual dimension into the physical one.
@saturnsrings are Christians going to hell?
Rag, you're a retard, having to be told I'm not a jew a billion times to still not be able to read it.
What is the point of Christianity being contrived if what you say is true?
hell is a Christian concept, so no
in his view
Hell is a Jewish concept as well
not really
it is Sheol
which is more "neutral" than Hell
Judaism and Christianity have slightly different cosmologies
Remus, Christians I'm not sure. They're certainly being idolatrous, which is forbidden to them. If they want to stop, they can still worship G-d and ask him to lead them, as he has lead me.
Melchizedek was a priest-king of a city-state near Sodom and Gomorrah
Perhaps the bible was edited then. I think that hell just means separation from God, whether it be eternal darkness and suffering or torture and hellfire
It doesn't matter.
the Bible, OT and NT, was edited at some point
neither are God-sent straight from heaven
It ultimately doesn't matter, it is somewhere we don't want to be.
they were written by men
He blessed Abraham when he went to get Lot released who had been taken prisoner in war
Remus, actually, yeah, hell is really just non-existence.
your soul will just be deleted upon death
essentially
Then what the hell is the point of trying?
because you don't go to Hell-Hell until Final Judgment
Sounds like he's a Jehovah Witness too
What if this.
in Christianity you don't automatically go burn in Hell for all eternity, otherwise Final Judgment is just a formality
What if we are burned away into darkness, and then we cease to exist for eternity.
some denominations do believe you instantly go there and it's it for you
our soul is literally burned by Holy Fire.
a way of looking at Hell is that it is not necessarily a metaphysical location
