And in any case, those statistics would play out if the people involved were in "traditional" relationships. Relationships are just the human beings involved.

Statistics on "nontraditional" (IE non-straight) relations are skewed due to the fact that such relationships have only recently become normalized. That being said, the actual hard statistics tend to show that even if they do have higher rates of difficulty over standard straight families, they're still MASSIVELY ahead of the curve over broken families. And given that the current leftie trends are by and large leading to more broken families and single parent households... I gotta say, everyone who's against same sex parent families is kinda fuckin' stupid.

Same sex families by modern studies (which are woefully inadequate) tend to be close to, or within a small deviation of straight family dynamics and positivity for the children.
Broken family homes and single parent homes are... DISGUSTINGLY more damaging for children and lead to overwhelming amounts of delinquency, criminal activity amongst the children, lower grades in school, lower job opportunities, the list goes on and on.

I do believe that modern studies are woefully inadequate as to the full scope of same sex parent households vs. straight parent households, due to it only really becoming more mainstream recently, and all existing studies being on small scales, plus usually cherrypicked cases designed to aim for a certain outcome. To understand the full scope would require a much larger study be undertaken and fairly documented in that regard, but even the badly limited frame of studies available in that regard are universal in their agreement that (barring feels over reals reasonings or religious outcries) a stable family unit is superior to a broken one.

Money and sex rule the world, make people poor and confuse them about their sex, the results will be obvious, though for sure a small percentage can manage through it successfully. Studies can be dubious, but clearly families are broken and the country is going crazy.
