It's like the immigration debate. Build a wall. Secure the border. Make the border a no-mans land where anything bigger than a horny toad is disintegrated. But at the same time give those who have been here peacefully a path to citizenship that acknowledges their lives here and definitely welcome the dreamers who have made good.
