Which age of consent? There are several different ones, even among the states.
I personally believe it should be 18yo but that should be up to the nation, state, province, etc to determine based on local factors.
And it should be the same for everyone, boy/girl/etc

Absolutely. In modern times we can afford to focus more on neurological maturity than on the ability to pop a wad or pop a baby. In pre-modern times the key to ensuring the survival of your progeny was to do it early and often. Nowadays is quality over quantity.
