KRAZZ, you could look at it the other way. If they know they can't rely on the job and won't be able to be punished they are far more likely to make the most of having that power while they do. Back handers are a huge proplem and this could easliy make it worse.

It's an MSM spin piece that's purposely avoiding giving context to a lot of things. The way they say it is like when a muslim immigrant rape gang just finished raping some preteen girl, and the police force has to describe the suspects, so they say "Uhm, 'men' did it. We can't comment on their description further, or it would be racist of us."
in fact, this article is trying to spin Trump as the bad guy by its first graffiti incident refering to someone spraypainting "Go Trump" next to swastikas

Yeah, they get to that eventually, but when you put anti-trump in your first few lines then wait that long to eventually admit "far right didn't do it, lol", that still isn't apologizing for trying to drag Trump in. It's got obvious spin on it.
They also backtrack against that statement by doubling down on "hate groups", by saying > Of course, not everyone is caught. And, obviously, white supremacists are driving anti-Semitic rhetoric online.

I'm saying this article came out at a very specific time, due to a very specific, mainstream attention crime having just been committed.
So don't fucking obfuscate the situation by trying to pepper in statistics and throw anti-Trump in line 4, and then avoid saying anything about James Polite at all.
