The press pass isnt private property. Its the same thing as when I had to turn over my active duty ID card. It was never mine to begin with regardless of me having 100% control over it at all times.

It was temporarily granted to me by the government to access what I needed to and I would have been in shit if I didnt turn it over.

Its not even a fucking legal issue. For all intents and purposes it is the same thing as being kicked out of a country club. You cant just ask a judge for that shit back, you can only ask for your fair share of whatever you are entitled too. In a CC that would be a refund of your money if it wasnt forfeited by a contract. WH access is a privilege, no one is entitled to it not even by court order.
