like, i had a great workout
Well muscle pain is how you know its working. Unless it's your lats. Screw those lats
i remember i was deadlifting 40KG in thr first back day i had, after 6 months i was deadlifting 70-75KG
not all due to muscle gain though, i also perfected the posture and such
Posture is most of the work
yeah, otherwise i wouldn't have lifted near double the weight than when i started
Just calculated my macros for yesterday
Current heavy 5 deadlift is 151 kg
nice man
55 carbs, 32 fat, 13 protein
Ouch
i have a bit of a back problem due to my height, otherwise I'd probably lift more
Just make meal plans. Don't add food on the fly
my legs on the other hand *whistle* i was pressing 220KG by the time i stopped going to the gym
The gym is just another thing I want to give up on
Nice
Don't see myself ever accomplishing my goals
Like I say, that attitude will pass eventually
i have shit upper body strength but my lower body us that of a God
I'm the opposite
"they told me not to miss leg day, so all i did was leg day"
Upper body muscle is packed super tight. Not much flexibility. My old man and I are naturally big chested. So long as I have the glucose, upper body strength keeps on going and going
i have a wide back myself
Like I say GT I was there. It passes.
chest isn't half bad either
me too GT, i wad there
I mean
i still am lol
My friend wanted to take me for a "light weight, high rep workout" at the gym
His idea of "light weight" was more than my 1RM
I'm back at 128KG
It's basically climbing a hill
You get there eventually
had a huge depressive relapse back in December and haven't recovered since
The most I've ever benched is 56kg
Sucks man
probably will get better when i finish school for good
1RM...
@GT1646 better than me man, most i benched was 35
Well I have Rock solid motivation for going to the gym
i legit had to lift only the bar the first time because my chest was utter shit
