like, i had a great workout

2019-04-13 08:51:57 UTC

Well muscle pain is how you know its working. Unless it's your lats. Screw those lats

2019-04-13 08:52:19 UTC

i remember i was deadlifting 40KG in thr first back day i had, after 6 months i was deadlifting 70-75KG

2019-04-13 08:52:40 UTC

not all due to muscle gain though, i also perfected the posture and such

2019-04-13 08:53:12 UTC

Posture is most of the work

2019-04-13 08:53:45 UTC

yeah, otherwise i wouldn't have lifted near double the weight than when i started

2019-04-13 08:53:47 UTC

Just calculated my macros for yesterday

2019-04-13 08:54:14 UTC

Current heavy 5 deadlift is 151 kg

2019-04-13 08:54:23 UTC

nice man

2019-04-13 08:54:26 UTC

55 carbs, 32 fat, 13 protein

2019-04-13 08:54:35 UTC

Ouch

2019-04-13 08:54:51 UTC

i have a bit of a back problem due to my height, otherwise I'd probably lift more

2019-04-13 08:54:57 UTC

Just make meal plans. Don't add food on the fly

2019-04-13 08:55:20 UTC

my legs on the other hand *whistle* i was pressing 220KG by the time i stopped going to the gym

2019-04-13 08:55:39 UTC

The gym is just another thing I want to give up on

2019-04-13 08:55:43 UTC

Nice

2019-04-13 08:55:47 UTC

Don't see myself ever accomplishing my goals

2019-04-13 08:56:06 UTC

Like I say, that attitude will pass eventually

2019-04-13 08:56:08 UTC

i have shit upper body strength but my lower body us that of a God

2019-04-13 08:56:19 UTC

I'm the opposite

2019-04-13 08:56:35 UTC

I don't think it will though, you can only go so long being discouraged by lack of results

2019-04-13 08:56:54 UTC

"they told me not to miss leg day, so all i did was leg day"

2019-04-13 08:57:10 UTC

Upper body muscle is packed super tight. Not much flexibility. My old man and I are naturally big chested. So long as I have the glucose, upper body strength keeps on going and going

2019-04-13 08:57:28 UTC

i have a wide back myself

2019-04-13 08:57:37 UTC

Like I say GT I was there. It passes.

2019-04-13 08:57:41 UTC

chest isn't half bad either

2019-04-13 08:57:47 UTC

me too GT, i wad there

2019-04-13 08:57:52 UTC

I mean

2019-04-13 08:57:55 UTC

i still am lol

2019-04-13 08:57:57 UTC

My friend wanted to take me for a "light weight, high rep workout" at the gym

His idea of "light weight" was more than my 1RM

2019-04-13 08:58:07 UTC

I'm back at 128KG

2019-04-13 08:58:24 UTC

It's basically climbing a hill

2019-04-13 08:58:30 UTC

You get there eventually

2019-04-13 08:58:35 UTC

had a huge depressive relapse back in December and haven't recovered since

2019-04-13 08:58:45 UTC

The most I've ever benched is 56kg

2019-04-13 08:58:50 UTC

Sucks man

2019-04-13 08:58:50 UTC

probably will get better when i finish school for good

2019-04-13 08:58:53 UTC

1RM...

2019-04-13 08:59:06 UTC

@GT1646 better than me man, most i benched was 35

2019-04-13 08:59:26 UTC

Well I have Rock solid motivation for going to the gym

2019-04-13 08:59:29 UTC

i legit had to lift only the bar the first time because my chest was utter shit
