they have to, "the right" starts coming for them now.
We’ll see if that’s the case when another right winger says something edgy. I see Tim thinks that this is a sign of change, I’m skeptical. I think the outrage mob tactics will still work when directed at people on the right. At least for awhile longer. Their hypocrisy will be exposed, and the normies will start to wake up. That’s when the real change happens.
Nah. I haven't seen much talk of this outside of the usual channels.
They'll just pretend nothing is happening.
Plus, the whole Social Justice ideology is covering for them.
well... it will get harder to keep it up everytime they ignore something inconvenient.
Fair point.
then again... there is a reason they keep bringing up "whataboutism" while steering EVERY conversation to trump...
might keep it alive a bit longer than it would be otherwise
Secret Service calls out the Guardian for fake news on supposed Russian spy and claims they refuted the Guardian's info before it was published.
“ Robert S. mueller testimony before the Senate Select Community on Intelligence of the United States Senate “
Mueller’s testimony before the Senate was pivotal in dragging America into the Iraq war. He falsely claimed that Saddam had WMDs and was a clear threat to America. Claiming that “ Baghdad has the capability and, we presume, the will to use biological, chemical or radiological weapons against US domestic targets...” . He also says “ Our particular concern is that Saddam may supply al-Qaeda with biological, chemical, or radiological material ...” This was all fake news that killed thousands of people and cost millions of dollars.
Now he tells us that Trump May have colluded with Russia in illegal election tampering. Is this a man to be trusted?

See the name of the site? Jimmys full of it
This source is actually being critical of the claim.
```I mean, the guy was signing autographs and posing for selfies with members of the crowd in the Tampa after they got done booing him.
Although, if you believe Acosta, he was doing that mainly out of fear: “I think it helps calm them down. If I were to say no, it could make it more venomous.” It’s the first supposedly violent mob in history that can be appeased with signed photos of its target.
``` - the article.
Valid points. Clearly an editorial style, though.
But seriously, 'Jim Acosta's life was in danger'? You mean like the several people who have been beaten, attacked, and shot at as a result of the rhetoric of the left?
This activates my almonds, specifically, because I was forced to up and move, bail on a 19/h job, all because I was feeling the risk of being a free-thinker in Washington DC.
After seeing the damned protests, broken glass on the street in the city I worked, people talking about punching nazis, including people I worked with, and the correlations being drawn from anyone who opposed Hillary to Nazism, seeing people attacked in the street so soon after, seeing people abducted and tortured for supporting trump, riding my bicycle by windows that were boarded up as a result of being smashed on J20

Having my own roommate posting 'Punch a Nazi' shit, and openly talking about how evil they think republicans are...
But people are going to talk about how unsafe Acosta must've been in a room with Secret Service present, a room he willingly walked into to film and commentate, because people yelled mean things at him? Give me a damned break.
Better place now?
I don't believe for a second that he, or anyone who is making commentary of the sort has EVER actually been attacked unprovoked. I have, before. And that's not something you willingly walk in to.
Hell, it's part of the reason why Tim doesn't cover protests anymore.
He got attacked on a side he thought he was safe, and now he won't go on the ground for domestic shit. I 100% follow.
but good lord, CNN's becoming a reality show first, news source second. That'll be about it, [/rant].
Are you in a better situation now? Im pretty much immune from all the far left bs.
I moved back to Texas, yes.
Texas? why did you leave in the first place
Long story. Helping a family member. Got a job. Got stable up there. Liked the city, even though I didn't like the politics.
Jesus. And I used to hear tales of san fran
I didn't have a driver's license until a couple years ago. I've always liked the big city, because it's bikeable.
Even when I worked in Dallas, I had always rehearsed self defense with my bike lock, if necessary.
Kind of a bike courier thing to do.
Thats a thing? Using a bikelock specifically?
I mean, I was doing that before Eric Clanton used one.
Yeah, I got attacked by a group of 'youths'. There had been a rash of attacks on the Metro, people getting attacked by groups of kids basically playing the Knockout game.
Well, I was apparently one of the contestants in this game. I was on a pizza delivery, working late Christmas eve for a bonus with Postmates
group of black kids walking up from the station from Chinatown on H street (actual H street, not the H street that's actually F street where the Spy Museum is, though you still get to Chinatown Station from across the street from that museum....)
Ironically, if I had've seen them and chosen to cross the street, I wouldn't have gotten attacked.
