If you smoke the weed, you have the 🅱ig gay

2018-11-12 14:52:44 UTC

Trump already proffered a bipartisan DACA deal (which would've cost him his entire base if he was serious) and the Dems balked.

No Devpav, CBD is an extract, not a synthetic

2018-11-12 14:53:21 UTC

@devpav The point is flying over your head

2018-11-12 14:53:26 UTC

constantly and consistently

2018-11-12 14:54:54 UTC

Your point is that the Dems will somehow deal with Trump to legalize marijuana and my point is that the Dems are too crazy for that.

2018-11-12 14:55:26 UTC

Nope, thats not his point

2018-11-12 14:55:27 UTC

No, my point is that the Democrats will either implode on refusing to pass a weed deal or will have to concede something to Trump

2018-11-12 14:55:48 UTC

I am BANKING on the Dems being crazy

2018-11-12 14:57:49 UTC

I'm banking on the Dem House not passing anything for 2 years.

2018-11-12 15:01:01 UTC

it will for sure be interesting to watch

2018-11-12 15:03:29 UTC

lots of shutdowns coming

2018-11-12 15:04:18 UTC

which isn't a bad thing necessarily, as i don't think the trump administration will behave the same way the obama admin did, which was to try to make shutdowns as painful for citizens as possible.

2018-11-12 15:06:53 UTC

I remember when I thought that a government shutdown was going to be like the Purge. I was a little retard back then.

2018-11-12 16:16:22 UTC

I think the Democrats are more likely to be dysfunctional for the same reasons the Republicans had problems passing things. The centrists and the far left will disagree. I'd love to see a centrist Speaker and therefore the ability to develop bipartisan legislation. The Republicans for years have operated on the principle that nothing passes the House without enough Republican votes to pass without Democrat help. I hate that.

2018-11-12 16:17:16 UTC

It'd be nice to once again see stuff go through because they have the votes period rather than requiring the votes of just one party.

2018-11-12 16:18:06 UTC

So much could get done if the leaders permit alliances from issue to issue.

2018-11-12 16:18:14 UTC

**dysfunctional fur**

2018-11-12 16:18:59 UTC

Blame autocorrect

2018-11-12 16:19:28 UTC

My phone has a sense of humor

2018-11-12 16:21:09 UTC

the government getting stuff done means you have less freedoms, less rights, and those will now be near impossible to get back.

2018-11-12 16:24:19 UTC

It didn't stop Canada

2018-11-12 16:27:29 UTC

or Uruguay

2018-11-12 16:28:01 UTC

nonetheless, we would be well-advised to consider scrapping or rewriting those treaties anyway

2018-11-12 16:28:16 UTC

they are, after all, treaties we impose on other nations, for the most part

2018-11-12 16:29:14 UTC

The anti drug treaties? Oh yeah, we most certainly did.

2018-11-12 16:59:31 UTC

Speaking of the far left, I feel as though Ocasió-Cortez is a test run to see if he far left has any real power

2018-11-12 16:59:49 UTC

Because let’s face it, she’s pretty much the face of that part of the party

2018-11-12 17:00:24 UTC

it's not much of a test - her district will always vote D, no matter how stupid

2018-11-12 18:44:00 UTC

Thats why its a test

2018-11-12 18:44:20 UTC

If she cant convince the most hardcore democrat voters then what chance does she have on the national stage?

2018-11-12 19:46:48 UTC

Wasnt there another democrat on the ballot, the one that was in office before?

2018-11-12 19:48:15 UTC

i think so

2018-11-12 21:20:11 UTC

as Independent, yes

2018-11-12 21:20:18 UTC

not as a Democrat

2018-11-12 21:20:28 UTC

and he was a powerful figure, in point of fact

2018-11-12 21:23:34 UTC

> Representative Joseph Crowley of New York, once seen as a possible successor to Nancy Pelosi

gets ousted by a millennial socialist who has no idea what they are doing
