The most dangerous thing was that there were no railings
so if you fuck up one turn, you're going down the mountain
If I post a picture of those roads is it doxxing
nvm I can't find it
It was in Thekkadi
oh right you live in india, how bad is the traffic there?
Depends
Where I live currently it's pretty bad
but people are really respectful and obey the rules
If you go to places like Mumbai or Chennai you'll end up suicidal
i get anxiety attack whenever i get into traffic in south east asian countries
fucken insane
In the capital it's so bad that they put in a odd/even system
Odd number cars on a certain days
even on the other
referring to the nnumber plate
china does that too, buts its for pollutions
Yeah, that too
But I doubt that saves pollution
I'm waiting to hear a crash at the intersection right here since the traffic light is out
lol. I somehow learned to drive without getting any accidents or speeding tickets while hating driving.
Fell half asleep on accident once while driving and still made it to destination (again, half asleep) without issue.
Then I moved into the Mountains where there wasn't traffic, started taking driving seriously.
My car's now all sort of banged up.
lol here we have traffic police
They are at every intersection in shifts
They literally pull people out of their vehicles and beat the shit out of them if you don't obey the signals
LAPD does that...more than they should
America seems to have a huge police brutality issue
atleast here most of the cops don't have guns
America *seems* to have a police brutality issue because the press only covers the occasional rare case of it, and never the vast majority of police work, which is helping people and generally peaceful
I've never really had issues with police myself.
Most are pretty nice if you talk to them.
**Most**
Police Brutality tends to get a lot of press though
Powers back, yay
Well, ever since Ferguson, MO the press has concentrated more on issues of police brutality
Race tensions haven't helped either
And to be fair, it *is* a problem that we have as much as we do
Even if it's as small as it is, it's a problem we really shouldn't have
Unfortunately, you can't just fix problems like this overnight
though it would be nice
Anyways, I'm off to sleep for the night
I've been thinking about communism, and how communists say real communism hasn't ever been tried
