2018-07-26 13:35:42 UTC

Considering the "previous" arrangement was 0 tariffs Export from EU and with tariffs Import to EU,

I'd say so yeah,

That and being forced to buy more things

2018-07-26 13:35:49 UTC

Cool. Didnt even know they were Hindu. I thought it was just India, Nepal, and that was about it.

2018-07-26 13:36:03 UTC

They're more Hindu than Indians rn

2018-07-26 13:36:20 UTC

Nepal is more of a Buddhist place

2018-07-26 13:36:28 UTC

Juncker ultimately offered Trump only things — such as buying more American soybeans or building liquefied natural gas platforms — that the EU was willing to do anyway, or was already doing. In the case of working to eliminate tariffs on industrial goods, it was an offer previously made to the Obama administration as part of negotiations on the now-defunct Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).

In other words, Juncker not only did not cross or redraw any EU red lines, he didn’t even tiptoe up close to one. Instead, he took out his red magic marker, and went over all the lines a few extra times to brighten and clarify: The EU is the world champion of rules-based international free trade, it opposes tariffs and wants to strengthen the World Trade Organization.

2018-07-26 13:36:30 UTC

Nepal, and the north east

2018-07-26 13:36:35 UTC

2018-07-26 13:39:52 UTC

When I first saw a north east Indian, I assumed they were a Chinese immigrant to India. Didnt know you got Indians who looked like that. Like do you know the Indian footballer, Bhaichung Bhutia? I thought he was Chinese descent or something. @Deleted User

2018-07-26 13:40:07 UTC

but i'm reading here too

Just as everything Juncker offered Trump was in the indisputable best economic interest of the U.S., everything Barnier is offering the U.K. at the negotiating table is in Britain’s own best economic self-interest

So it IS a step up for US

2018-07-26 13:40:19 UTC

@Sarah Jessica Farter Lol they hate the chinese

2018-07-26 13:40:33 UTC
