In comparison we are basically peopel who spend alot more time on the internet than the average person

seems to me like fb had valid reasons for banning him.. since its not his first offense

and most of those people, still have friends who are slightly farther left than them. and the train goes on until you get to the far left

Apple also has a valid reason. They all implemented "hate speech" policies to their platform

ToS are dangerous

and they have the right to ban whoever cuz the platforms are not public domain meaning free speech doesnt apply to them.

there are companies who update their ToS just to ban someone

Its.. also a contractual agreement made between two parties

all these platforms are private companies and have the right to kick whoever they want off their platforms.

That private company defense ceases to work when they want to be a public utility.

there is no way to not selectively enforce things outside of out right ban anyone just off one report

and then you end up with no users

or so many alts there is no point in moderating
