discriminating on the basis of liking anime or not is pure and moral
People like to call nepotism 'networking' these days.
Anime>no anime
And get gravely offended you point it out.
@Senny well i got racist because i wont hire black over asian if all things equal
Which is in of itself racist xD
But he circled around his own question
It's because you're focusing upon their skin color with the absence of information, rather than culture.
Because i called him out on it also
no anime > trash anime
@Beemann blasphemer. a trash waifu > no waifu
Bad is worse than none.
@Maw yes, because it all things equal you are not saying the other is inferior
your're waifu a shit
well it can be called racist but it's more racial bias.. it's actually observed phenomenon in hiring, I won't say either is in the right there
I grew up being taught racism is stereotypes based on skin colour/immutable assets.
( if all things equal )
So, flip a coin?
Pretty much
People should be allowed to show up for interviews in hazmat suits.
No I'd go and see what their interests are. I will hire a person wearing a Kippah over hiring someone wearing their Alpha Zeta Omega frat T-Shirt.
Well i know i have bias, but if one is asian and is an idiot, and the other is black and is smart. I would pick the black person xD
If their qualifications are equal.
THAT'S FRATERNITY BIAS REEE
DUDEBRO BIAS
If you have two perfectly equal candidates (which never happens anyway) then yeah, flip a coin. The problem is more realistic if you have one with more work experience but with an abrasive personality that might affect your other employees versus one who you know would get along better at the office but is less qualified.
Well that is another factor, how is their teamwork
always the one who won't stir up shit imho even if he's slightly worse
imho
What if your competition gets the better candidate though?
Interviews and resumes are horsehit anyway.
Really, the idea of two equal people is ridiculous.
^^
i don't care, potentional troubles can hinder more than that one employee being slightly less cpaable
And isn't worth theorizing anyway.
Everyone is encouraged to lie on them.
He probably has a job somewhere and people are sharing this around his workplace xD
Don't talk about his wife like that
the cardboards face makes this picture so much better
