if he can't get a job, he gets free money
if he can, his felony don't matter
He made a plea deal. I definitely don't think such a plea deal should've been made
but consider the evidence against him
How easy would that evidence have been to throw off in a jury of his peers?
@RyeNorth agree but it's california where if you are a illegal immigrant and you fucking kill someone with a gun you get off easy
Show me what evidence would have convicted him.
so yeah .... fuck california
I mean, yeah...
part of the point. This is the same metro area that Clanton would've been tried in.
California as a whole has become a 💩

Is that a chick or a dude
thats a triggering symbol
I would point out that nobody showed me any evidence that would've convicted Clanton.
and we're using 'Beyond a reasonable doubt' as the metric, here.
@Aetius i don't know what IT is
If Trump wanted, He could have California declared in rebellion for trying to deny the constitution and the rights it grants to the people.
@RyeNorth that video, the 4chan researchers etc
>4chan researchers
How would you present that, though?
oh ho ho
Put yourself in the prosecutor's shoes.
damn
Also, that's a man.
wait
really
Biologically, yes.
ah yes
I had sound disabled
lmao
So, my conclusion is that we really have to accept that the Eric Clanton outcome may have been the best we could've hoped for.
If it was tried, it was possible he could've come out squeaky clean.
it is all going on assumption prosecution didn't have a definite proof it was him
As court matters proceed, the burden of proof increases.
Just because you have enough proof to get a warrant, doesn't mean you have enough to press charges.
