@Timcast the problem of covering face during protest is interesting. On one hand you are safe in anonymity from other ppl restricting your right to protest, on the other ppl abuse anonymity to commit criminal acts without fear of reprisal.

this runs into a problem of what is considered a community. You can have the right to anonymity but that doesn't mean you get to stay in a community that doesn't like anyone using that right.

I wonder, why is being anonymous so ingrained into antifa's protests? I mean, you want to wear all the same clothing to show a unified force, i understand. but why covering the faces so required. I can't think of a single thing outside of protecting your face from the elements, where wanting to cover your face doesn't mean there are nefarious intentions.
