Density does not work like that, without gravity, where would density know how to align themselves along? How would dense objects know to go downwards, when from the perspective of other planetary objects, downwards does not exist? There is no real direction for the particles to follow without gravity, especially if the model was flat. Think about this, how does the molecule know its sinking downwards, to our perspective it might be going downwards, but to them, its just another direction in space.

Also, lets propose the other theory is correct, that the fe and sun is constantly moving upwards. Whats driving it? And why isn't other planetary objects that we observe doing the same thing?
