@Seeker of Truth hello as a pilot who has done the "vomit comet" maneuver I can confirm that it is by no means stable from any altitude or speed and will always have a slight drift in alternating directions, and the said maneuver can only last a few minutes at most before you hit the ground or pull up

The Earth's axis of rotation is tilt correct, but you must remember that the tilt also applies to when it is on the opposing side of the sun in its orbit, and will have the same effect in the opposite side. When you overlay the results you see a heat mapping favorable to the equator.
