i'm a big fan of Marvel, but a slightly bigger fan of DC and in the animated series (and in a lot of the comics), aquaman is great. But there is a good chance the movie will fail because DC isn't doing a great job outside of a few movies with there characters.

Last night, before i went to sleep i was watching a video of a stream so went to go check out the guest.
And that day he made a video about how the left gets some of the Kavanaugh thing wrong, but also the right does as well and if there is any chance that he did those things, he should not be on the court (because it was a "job" interview and not a legal matter).
Now this isn't an odd thing to say from the crazy left, but this person seems reasonable and it just makes me sad (he also believes she is telling the truth).

And its worst then what you guys were saying of Kavanaugh was to be removed over this, if anyone looked at Karan's (a honey badger) blog post. People would start to question the processes of appointing justices, and wonder why we need them at all, pulling apart over very principles of our system of laws (which sadly happens some times, but we need to stop letting it be the case).

I gave you an example of calling someone racist, should a person be fired or not hired merely because of an unproven accusation? If no one can prove a claim, our system does not default to believe the accuser (sadly this is not always true, but that is how are system is meant to work).

What does this do for a innocent people or at least people not found guilty? They can lose there job, big deal right? Well, that's not all, they can lose there ability to get further jobs, and anyone in society that knows about this case can hound or shun said person (and whole family can be troubled). All from accusations, not proof. So we take these things to court in an attempt to prove innocence or guilt. And well it wasn't in count, that's what happened with the last FBI investigation allowing him to become a new Justice, this will not change.

I understand your worry the precedent this sets if what happened to Ford to be true (even tho i disagree). But the precedent you are asking for is FAR greater then you are worried about and will damage our system even further. As people will start to lose faith in the process of appointing Justices to the Supreme Court if all it takes is mere accusations (without evidence).
I can only hope you rethink this stance you have taken.

Indeed, but you are mistaken by one thing. These people (anyone pushing this nonsense), are in fact thinking. They just either fail to look at the whole picture (maybe even to protect there bias, or blissful ignorance), or weren't giving the tools to understand the faults in their reasoning.

Google and the other things you add can provide you with knowledge, not wisdom.
Most humans need to be taught wisdom, or learn it from life experience (which a lot of these people don't have).
I want anyone to understand these things as they are still humans, and while i place blame on those when it is needed. Its not only their fault we are in this mess, are systems (be it schools,messed up laws leading higher rates of kids with only mothers, the internet letting our youngest humans making all there mistakes public), are producing failing humans who are lacking the tools to gain wisdom.

And i did state i place blame on those who it is needed, just because someone didn't know a bad outcome would happen. Doesn't mean it wasn't their fault the bad outcome happened. But it also true, that they weren't taught well enough to reason out what bad outcomes their actions could/are leading to. These kids/adults are being taught, at home (less likely but does happen), at schools/colleges and online, that they are either oppressed or fighting for the oppressed. And no one has taught them/is showing them differently (outside of when they are only ready to argue/fight their belief, which is a terrible time to teach anyone heh)
