Hi @Timcast , got a few suggestions for you: 1. create an admin only channel for posting announcements/new videos etc. 2. create multiple voice channels and limit them to say, 20 users 3. add a suggestions board which people can post on for the moderators to see.

Personally I would recommend to have general chat for everybody to use and post. Though I would recommend that there would be some "higher-tier" threads which everybody can't access for a good reason, people who post quality threads.
