Simple answer- dollar is a reserve currency

Most central banks all over world use it as their foriegn exchange storage currency

The inflation produced by usa is absorbed by the world

Majority of nations around the world use dollar for exchanging goods

The other 4 trillion is between federal reserves and union or between two national firms
