@The Lemon if you looked at the video they wake him up and were trying to get the weapons off his lap but he woke up and reached over to where the gun was and that was when the cops took action and discharged their weapons because he was reaching twords the weapon

No if you looked closely you could see him move his arm over to the gun and that's when they took action (It's hard to see but he did) @The Lemon
