When adrenaline rushes no matter what training you have shit gets real real quick

When there are 6 officers there and the guy hasn't even put his hand on the gun yet and you planned previously to shoot him if he even reached for it and you're not at all in danger it's completely unjustified to shoot him 5 times

The gun was supposedly on the chair next to him

It was on his lap
