This is the implication you made, you specifically said that younger people should have nothing to worry about, because of the specific annoucment that it is in fact the older folks who are in trouble

-People above 65 years of age are restricted to their homes, voluntary groups are organised nation-wide to provide them with supplies.
-On weekends, lockdown from 3pm to 5am
-Massive testings of, primarily, sick people
Effect: Slowed down the spread massively.
