Is there any programs that anyone would recommend for when you first get your PC up and running ?

I feel like the specs I have should be good for now .

Not sure if anyone is interested in fighting games but there's a program called fightcade that lets people play old fighting games online with an active community.

That sounds like a sweet setup.I eventually wanna pick up a 6 or 8 TB HDD

Does anyone know if the I5 8400 is on sale anywhere ? I might have to pick it up at best buy or something. When I look online all I see is it being sold by 3rd party sellers for a little more than originally was .

Also does anyone ever heard about Evgas Midweek madnesss?

Evga's midweek madness is a sale that happens every Wednesday at midnight but what's on sale is very limited so it's basically a race against others to get the best deals on PC parts .every week has different sales and no one knows what the sale is gonna have until it happens .

I have all of my fighting games for PS4 but I'll start playing on PC soon.

From what I'm seeing the i5 8400 does seem pretty solid my only complaint is how the prices keep changing.

That's fair. It's based on reality so there's no special powers or anything which makes it interesting to me because it makes some of the struggles and stuff more relatable (in a way )

There's so many ways to make money online .the skys the limit .

One way if you don't wanna talk to anyone is learn about the stock market .

I made a little bit of money off it in the past but I haven't gone as deep as I wanted to because I'm doing everything off of my phone but once my computer is set up I'm gonna start taking that more seriously again .

You can buy/sell products online.

Gain a following and sell designs.

There's a lot of routes you can take it just depends on what you're willing to do and what your ultimate go is .

For me it's the freedom to go where I want when I want. I don't wanna be a wage cuck.

But in a seriousness being stuck on certain jobs do feel like hell .

Does is matter where you work ? Is that the ultimate goal or is there something more that you want

It may take some time but I would reflect on that and then go from there .

I originally wanted to be a Chef and while I could make good money I wouldn't have the freedom to enjoy life which is what I'm really after .

I like stocks but it's not easy especially if you don't have another source of income .

That dream of mine died a long time ago.I know work in construction which kinda sucks but its not as strict as other jobs .the down side is it destroys your body.

Yeah Evgas nah but I got my 1060 6GB from there for $120

As for CPUs amazon had the 9th gen I5 9400F for around $170 but you need to update the motherboard to support it . i instead went with the I5 8400 8th gen for $199 since I couldn't update the bios

Also for an extreme budget I heard great things about the I3 8100 it goes for around $100-130

@GingerSnaps Not a problem .happy to help .I built my pc about 2 weeks ago and it runs everything flawlessly.

Check amazon every now and then .they tend to have completely random sales .it may not be as good as microcenter but you may get lucky .

I also recommend Epic broswer if you care about your privacy.

When I found out about the red pill, I also came across the black pill and lurked around a bit to understand what these communities where about .later I finally found mgtow which is what I was originally looking for .

Incels typically shame other men,they have that odd crabs in a bucket mentality while either simping for women or hating them

It's crazy especially in certain communities.there's also a community known as "lookism" it's an interesting board that claims to be red pill but has a lot of overlap with people from the black pill community

I'm not sure who that guy was but I'm pretty familiar with several communities.

Some people in the incel community tend to look at MGTOW as a way to get back at women .that's why he said stuff like "making womens lives inconvenient or miserable" or something like that.

They alwsys think stuff like "yeah but what about womem? Fuck them " or whatever when being told to just improve yourself.

That's part of their mentality they can't get over that factor.at the end of the day it's still about women to them.

It's sad because they can't seem to break free from it .I've read posts from men in several communities that just can't seem to cope

I'm on the opposite side where I'm trying to gain weight .it can rough at times but overall an enjoyable experience.

I don't take any sort of supplements or anything.I just cook good food and work out.

@Leif_Ericksson99 if you're trying to be lean then you first have to figure out how many calories you should be eating then go from there .

If lean is you're goal then you Basically need to maintain a certain weight/bodyfat but in most cases you're probably too skinny and need to gain some weight while retaining low body fat.

You basically have to lift heavy and in more which isn't really complicated once you understand what you're eating

An example would be I'm 6'3 and my weight was at 143 .now I'm at 168 but with low body fat but I still have a long way to go .

A lot of people still have this odd mentality that you're magically gonna look like Arnold from lifting heavy weights when that's certainly not the case.

Focus on compound lifts and put in accessory lifts to help out with certain muslce groups.

Arnold has good genes but don't understand how difficult it is to put on that kind of muscle.

Bruce lee is on the other side of the spectrum .his training style and diet made him have an extremely low body fat because he didn't wanna be slowed down by excess weight .

You won't look like Arnold or bruce less unless you take your training to an extreme .

It seems like you're just looking to buidling some muscle on your existing frame without putting on much weight which is very possible with the right diet and routine
