it's a supplement and should be treated as such

2019-04-08 22:11:43 UTC

Right

2019-04-08 22:11:45 UTC

Look up carnivore body builders.

2019-04-08 22:12:04 UTC

meat should be main source of brotein

2019-04-08 22:12:33 UTC

Chicken and lean meat is good

2019-04-08 22:12:42 UTC

You don’t want a whole lotta fat

2019-04-08 22:12:50 UTC

nah

2019-04-08 22:12:53 UTC

fat is OK

2019-04-08 22:12:59 UTC

just don't mix it with carbs

2019-04-08 22:13:00 UTC

well fat is better that's sugar that's for sure

2019-04-08 22:13:15 UTC

@Leif_Ericksson99 if you're trying to be lean then you first have to figure out how many calories you should be eating then go from there .

If lean is you're goal then you Basically need to maintain a certain weight/bodyfat but in most cases you're probably too skinny and need to gain some weight while retaining low body fat.

You basically have to lift heavy and in more which isn't really complicated once you understand what you're eating

2019-04-08 22:13:55 UTC

I'm looking to get up to 150-160 and stay at that weight, I'm not very tall so..

2019-04-08 22:14:11 UTC

resistance training

2019-04-08 22:14:29 UTC

should be taking 1g of brotein per lb

2019-04-08 22:14:36 UTC

150-160!??!

2019-04-08 22:14:40 UTC

oh pounds

2019-04-08 22:14:45 UTC

righto

2019-04-08 22:15:10 UTC

oh, very important

2019-04-08 22:15:22 UTC

make sure to minimize cardio workouts

2019-04-08 22:15:35 UTC

that includes fapping

2019-04-08 22:15:41 UTC

An example would be I'm 6'3 and my weight was at 143 .now I'm at 168 but with low body fat but I still have a long way to go .

A lot of people still have this odd mentality that you're magically gonna look like Arnold from lifting heavy weights when that's certainly not the case.

2019-04-08 22:15:47 UTC

that shit eats yo muscle

2019-04-08 22:16:08 UTC

yeah, arnold is gifted with good genes

2019-04-08 22:16:23 UTC

yeah i've seen those marathoners body, too skinny

2019-04-08 22:16:55 UTC

Focus on compound lifts and put in accessory lifts to help out with certain muslce groups.

Arnold has good genes but don't understand how difficult it is to put on that kind of muscle.

2019-04-08 22:17:11 UTC

don't worry about some of those bodybuilders. a lot of them are not as strong as they look and they starve themselves and do other shit to get like 0% body fat so the muscles look bigger.

2019-04-08 22:17:27 UTC

well i don't want to look like Arnold, I'd prefer to look like Bruce Lee, lean, muscular, agile that's my goal

2019-04-08 22:21:42 UTC

Bruce lee is on the other side of the spectrum .his training style and diet made him have an extremely low body fat because he didn't wanna be slowed down by excess weight .

You won't look like Arnold or bruce less unless you take your training to an extreme .

It seems like you're just looking to buidling some muscle on your existing frame without putting on much weight which is very possible with the right diet and routine

2019-04-08 22:28:22 UTC

yes that's what'd I'd like to do

2019-04-08 22:36:32 UTC

Bruce was so lean it killed him

2019-04-08 22:37:04 UTC

All the pain killers he took had no fat to dilute in

2019-04-08 22:37:57 UTC

Huh.

2019-04-08 22:37:59 UTC

Nunchuks are a lot of fun though

2019-04-08 22:38:01 UTC

Curious interpretation.

2019-04-08 22:39:10 UTC

Point is extreme lifestyles will eventually kill you

2019-04-08 22:41:39 UTC

Be reasonable with your goals. Btw getting ripped is extra gay and could be interpreted as begging for attention / validation

2019-04-08 22:43:33 UTC

I'm going to practice extreme health and moderation.

2019-04-08 22:43:35 UTC

extremely

"At the 1975 San Diego Comic-Con convention, Lee's friend Chuck Norris attributed his death to a reaction to the combination of the muscle-relaxant medication he had been taking since 1968 for a ruptured disc in his back and an "antibiotic" he was given for his headache on the night of his death.[108] In a 2017 episode of the Reelz TV series Autopsy: The Last Hours of..., forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Hunter theorized that Lee died of adrenal crisis brought on by the overuse of cortisone, which Lee had been taking since injuring his back in a 1970 weightlifting mishap"

2019-04-08 22:45:52 UTC

He was dangerously low fat as well

2019-04-08 22:46:00 UTC

How low was his fat?
