That's a solid plan. I follow the same. I'm kind of bored of games. I played 3 hours of battlefield 5 since it's free currently but it didn't keep my attention.

Oh Rust/Ark seem fun but they also seem really depressing because all that work is wiped every 2 weeks.

Yes! I own a total of 125 items. I own 1 week worth of clothing (2 polos, 2 slacks, 8 boxers, 8 tshirts, 8socks, 2 shorts, 1 jean, jacket). I think I'll be fine but the quiet will scare me the most I think. I don't want to feel too lonely either.

I'll need to remind myself to hang out with friends, lol.

Do you guys think if I fasted 23 hours a day but ate one meal consistent of keto foods within a 1 hour eating window and lift 5x5 (back squat, bench press, pullups, deadlift, overhead press) 3 days a week and row 2 days a week for 30 mins (HIIT); I'd finally drop from 25% boyfat down to 18%?

@Salsacookies Yeah ๐Ÿ˜„ I've always been fairly athletic but I am sick of being average/a little good looking. I want to get shredded.

@Salsacookies Yeah, I am 6'1" 210lbs and pretty muscular. I lift heavy but mostly about compound lifts 3 days a week. I don't enjoy isolation exercises. I love crossfit type workouts, too.

I am currently on day 6 of a water fast. You could lose it. Your health is important!

I love fasting for the mental clarity but I already lost 3lbs lol. A lot of that is water weight.

I'm still 25% body fat.

I need to get to 18-15% to get my abs visible. Once I get there, I am just switching to maintenance.

Days 2-3 were the hardest but now I feel great. I am going to fast as long as my body can take it. Once my body starts entering starvation, I'll break it off.

@ecks I fast 23 hours, eat 1 hour. I only eat veggies, meat, eggs, butter, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. My issue is just plain consistency. I go hard for 2 weeks but then cheat for a few days, then go back to strict. I slowly am getting my 6 pack back but it's a pain.

@ecks yeah don't do strength training but don't do too much cardio either - it's all about diet to lose the weight then add cardio and strength training

well more muscle means more fat burned

muscle needs more resources than fat

If you're 270lbs, don't go running. Do rowing/biking/low impact. It's all about changing food intake to lose weight then increase higher impact like sprints.

A 270lb dude running is going to wreck his knees and more.

It's the ideal physique. A swimmer's v tapper. Eat right. Do some cardio. Lift heavy things and put them down.

in HS/university all I did was lift and had a 6 pack but got huge.

Like Magic Mike or Tyler Durden from Fight Club... go for that but maybe a little more muscular
