I dislike rain
I work outside too much
Call it petty I just don't like to get soaked
I find it terrible that it pisses rain right till I leave
So soon as I step outside it rains soon as I go inside it stops
Why the pumpkins
california got rid of their states civil rights laws
Well, almost the bill isn't ratified yet
so Flynn's lawyers wrote up a response to the Amicus brief. not sure what he's paying them but it should be much more.
he's not from what I understand. it's all weird
there's a guy Viva Frei and he's been following the whole thing pretty hardcore
DOJ filed motion to dismiss, court says that they want an amicus brief to act as prosecutor, it's up in appeals when the amicus is released, and Flynn's lawyers just responded
not publicly, the court of appeals to my understanding hasn't made their decision
oh yeah
like I said to my understanding everything is all set up in the court of appeals still
lots of entrapment by the courts prior and it all needs to be cleaned up
basically they had Flynn swear under oath he can't rescind his guilty plea or be tried for perjury
that's what's going on in appeals
they did this two or three times
so flynn and the courts are going at it in appeals to get him out of those pleas
and even then these judges both are arguing that the DOJ wants it dropped for political reasons
so they're trying to cling onto the lying to the FBI
they won't accept anything new into the case's records
basically, overall it's becoming more and more obvious that this is entierly a political persecution
but yeah reading the notes and messages and all the stuff. It looks like there needs to be some restructuring around this. Unfortunately judges can't be persecuted for being political there was an entire impeachment over it
then again I don't know if impeachments count into precedence
if so then perjury is not an impeachable offense
than you Billy
Bill Clinton's impeachment case
they ruled that perjury isn't enough of an offense to be impeachmment over
found it, the Samuel Chase impeachment trial
basically Samuel Chase was tried for ruling with political bais
CJ?
no gods no, Samuel Chase was a Jefferson era judge
yeah that guy
I spent ages combing through old records reading up on that case
yeah
sorry if I got confusing trying to info dump before work
overall the chase impeachment trials kinda make it hard to remove judges for political bias
Though I'm definitely not a lawyer just like legal smackdowns
Flynn did a doozy a few days ago
The response just hammered the Amicus
And then cited the same judge that wrote it as to why everything should be dropped
it's in the conclusion
A federal judge once wrote:
[A] prosecutor can do justice by the simple act of going back
into court and agreeing that justice should be done. * * *
It is easy to be a tough prosecutor. Prosecutors are almost
never criticized for being aggressive, or for fighting hard to
obtain the maximum sentence, or for saying "there's
nothing we can do" about an excessive sentence after all
avenues of judicial relief have been exhausted. Doing
justice can be much harder. It takes time and involves
work, including careful consideration of the circumstances
of particular crimes, defendants, and victims—and often
the relevant events occurred in the distant past. It requires
a willingness to make hard decisions, including some that
will be criticized.
This case is a perfect example. * * *
By contrast, the decision []he has made required
considerable work. Assistant United States Attorney . . .
had to retrieve and examine a[n] . . . old case file. . . . He
requested and obtained an adjournment so his office could
have the time necessary to make an extremely important
decision. United States Attorneys' offices work with limited
resources. The effort that went into deciding whether to
agree to vacate [two counts against defendant] could have
been devoted to other cases. * * *
This is a significant case, and not just for [the defendant].
It demonstrates the difference between a Department of
Prosecutions and a Department of Justice. It shows how
the Department of Justice, as the government's
representative in every federal criminal case, has the
power to walk into courtrooms and ask judges to remedy
injustices.
Gleeson wrote this in response to Loretta Lynch
crap, same

Just watched a recap of the court of appeals ruling
Jesus Christ they killed all the lefty judges
Here's a reading from a lawyer
Yeah that's fine
The court of appeals basically layed a smacdown on Sullivan Gleason and Wilkins
And now Sullivan has to drop the charges
The only denial was to get a new judge, mainly to wipe that smug grin off his face
Yeah, so legal smackdowns
My favorite has to be Viva Frei, not majority of his videos are very objective

no it was to answer your question pup, regarding All lives matter and Blue Lives matter is a hate group
*Imagery depicting hate symbols in a negative light, such as characters tearing up a "thin blue line" flag or characters punching a Nazi in uniform, will not fall under this ban. Protest art often uses this tactic to make a point, which we recognize and celebrate.
including this gem in their TOS
