I watched a video about Pop OS being basically Steam ready. Don't know how stable all the games are, but they made it sound like it's would run.
Pop OS is just another Linux distro.
I believe the folks behind System 76 computers helped develop it.
I honestly think most "normal" people only need a browser and cloud apps.
It's really just about your use case.

I still find it funny when people freak out about guns in schools etc. Euclid HS had a metal detector since 1990 or so.

We played and were rivals. But I think we went down a few divisions due to our school shrinking. Old neighborhood in decline. We'd have around 125 kids per grade level.
