I used to be left handed as a toddler but my Nan would always swap the pen to my right hand so now I am right handed. I find it difficult to use my left hand sometimes or to sync my movements (like when I tried playing piano) and it is quite a bit weaker than my right. Do you think that it could have been caused by swapping items to my right as a child?

You should try horse riding, if you can. It's great for exercise and mental health.

I only recommend it because I have been doing it for 7 years and it has helped me keep fit and it's quite good. Horses are very therapeutic animals. It's also not as expensive as you would think.
