M-Muh Titanium!
anyway scalpels outside of keychain form factors are pure cringe
unless you're literally a surgeon
then you use the green plastic ones the hospital probably gives you
Gf uses a Havalon Piranta, since she does precision cuts on paper very frequently
i'm more referring to actual knives that have scalpel blade shape and size with irreplaceable blades
*Fighting Scalpel*
I am filled with disgust.
@Matthew What kinda blades does that little box cutter use?
And @Sapharanth I forgot about these, decent little snips.
@timsandtoms i got those, but metal. Good for sculpting Chad in my pubic hair
Anyone have dashcam recommendations
Preferably has wifi/BT and battery
why would your dashcam need BT ?
Idfk my dad asked me for dashcam recommendations and thatโs what he wanted for some reason
normal top recomendation is rexing V1 from me
but that does not have any wireless iirc
nor does KDlinks X1
a battery in a dashcam will degrade very fast as it is
1) being constantly charged and
2) if you live in an environment where it gets hot, it will die much faster (expect less than a year of regular battery life, after that you'll notice it take a hard dive)
How much battery does a dashcam need though? I guess it depends on if you want one that always watches your car, or just while driving. While driving you'd really only need a short time, just from impact killing power to the end of the interesting shit.
I would recommend the VIOFO A129 because I have the A119 and I love it to hell and back, but it IS in the pricier side
like 110 USD
even more if you want the rear camera too
Yeah he just wants it to not depend on the car being on to record
Iโll keep in mind degradation though, thanks
well even with a battery you're looking at 20 minutes of recording max, when not charging
it's better to get a hardwire kit and spend an evening setting it up in your car
so it's always plugged in to your fuse box (car battery) and many dashcams nowadays can do "parking mode" where they essentially use less power by taking a photo every few seconds instead of recording one long video
for wifi part if its for auto-backup to cloud it only works when you happen to be very near your car with your wifi
@๐๐ https://dashcamtalk.com/ required reading
very good resource for camera stuff
or its on your driveway
yep they exist
Yeah Iโm assuming thatโs why he wants botnet dashcam
I bet it's the super expensive ones
incase the thief niggers the cam itself :P
Thanks for link
i cant remember from top of my head
i know there is stuff what uses wifi for it
i dont understand why companies dont tie simple sim-setup to them
I'm really looking for an excuse to pick up a VIOFO A129 lmao
they take no space nor power at all
my A119 works just fine buuuuuuut
That is a good idea
and can be securely used to save stuff via 3G etc
you'd be looking at a 300 usd dashcam with features like that imo
yeah but I also don't need a new dashcam <:alismirk:230784726615588865>
I mean I only want it for the wifi really
nobody should drive without dashcam these days tbh (if laws allow)
I'm not
I use a VIOFO A119 in my car and Xiaomi Dashcam for work vehicles
Is the xiaomeme dashcam any good
its decent for price
I have this one and it's rather blurry tbh
nothing world breaking
but it has wifi and a suction cup so i can easily take if off from work cars
I did have to mess with some IP addresses and codes to change video recording length though
you can't do that by default
in the camera settings or in the app
Very nice
Thank you
Sry for accidental ping
smaller than I expected (right is a zowie ec2-a). hawku's Community drivers are a must
stock drivers are, ehh
pen is very light
I have a question that only the chinkests of 4chan can answer
and that's you folks
I have a K171 AKG headphone, truly God tier
But the non-AKG cords broke literally every month
Is buying from chinkland worth it in comparasion with Amazon?
@onoderaSecurity experiment with different tablet areas, grips, try dragging and hovering too
and if you like something stick with it
Thinking about warranty here
>k171
>god tier
>not upgrading to k700 lineup (712, 7xx, etc)
>having money
HAH
jokes on you richfag
@epi i think i prefer hovering right now for some reason
got muh elite beat agents skin, now i need beatmaps
whats ur rank?
<#531212403858472967> btw
level 60 soon
all cables break eventually but if they only last you a month you might be stepping on them, twisting them etc.
Yes
how bad are stock drivers? thinking for a gift
What brand should I get if Iโm buying a Chink SSD?
Kingdian s280 but check locally first
ssds are so cheap these days i dont think chinks are worth anymore
@Stormscape team lite 3d
@Stormscape none
Does Adata qualifies as a chink brand for SSD? I'm hesitating between the 'top' ADATA SX8200 Pro and the Samsung 970 Evo Plus. According to UserBenchmark they are about the same on average but Adata is way better at sustain write/read while the Samsung is better (though sometimes slightly) on everything else. https://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Samsung-970-Evo-Plus-NVMe-PCIe-M2-500GB-vs-Adata-XPG-SX8200-Pro-NVMe-PCIe-M2-1TB/m700020vsm638791
userbenchmark is a meme
^
don't use userbenchmark
(but I can also buy 1TB Adata for almost the price of 500 GB Evo Plus)
What should I use then?
reviews? from review websites? like andandtech, tom's hardware, etc
ADATA is just a regular company
Yeah but was asking more like 'which one would be reliable'
Shit you can buy ADATA in stores
also you don't need samsung evo performance if you're here asking us about it
Thatโs the opposite of Chink shit
Or is it just 'avoid Userbenchmark, every other is valid'?
UBM is a massive unreliable meme
Even reddit mocks it
avoid anything that didn't do repeatable tests
tho reddit mocking something does not make it all that true
samsung drives are super reliable, but chances are you will die before you completely write to one and break it. while I can't speak for su800, i imagine by the time you reach the end of its lifecycle it'll be like 2040
Also I need a samsung evo performance because I have a small dick
if you wanted samsung evo performance then just buy nvme
SX8200 is nvme
Adata claims to be on par with Samsong top nvme SSDs
With this one
samsung evo is pretty bad value, i guess they just kinda went off the deep end and didn't bother to match the market price
also quickly checking their https://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Faq/What-is-the-effective-SSD-speed-index/42 does not bring any larger "WHY"s on at least from me
you're not going to notice a difference between sata and nvme ssd's as a home user, _unless_ you're copying sequential files very often
the only use case i can think of with nvme is if you're a content creator and work with very large source files often
I do but not that often
Hence why I'm tending to think of the more 'budget friendly' adata
It's not like everyday, but once every week or more
and when i mean "very large source files" i mean like you just pulled off some 8k footage from your $12k RED camera that has ssds for storage
not like your ~4gb frag video that you record using OBS
I was thinking more along the lines of 10s/100s GB
eh that still doesn't sound demanding enough to use a nvme drive with
i work with 2-20s gb of video files and those are on hard drives
True, but then again, it's not like this 'premium' is gonna cost me that much anyway
and you dont have any reason not to have that speed there incase you need it
specialy if the price is same
and you have free slots etc
From where I live I can get and SX8200 Pro 1TB for 170 deutschmarks, on the other hand a normal 1TB Sata SSD will cost me around 100 deutschmarks
that sounds like a premium of 70 hitlerdollars to me
Sure is, but remember that I have a small dick
For this price tho the SSD is gonna be quite low end, being only TLC and barely reaching SATA 3 top speed
i went to check buildapcsaleseurope for nvme deals and the last post was 5 months ago
aka from what i understand you're fucked
there's always good deals popping up here in the states for storage, especially recently with ssd prices going way down
a month ago su800 was ~$95/1TB, now ive seen it at $90
Well rn there's a truckload of deals on SSDs
And my main SSD is kinda dying rn
(I meant to say in my area of course)
you can look at this, i think it is pretty up-to-date, but you'd have to check prices manually
Thanks
that guy on reddit is an SSD expert
absolute knowledge bombs
DRAMless SSDs are so cheap now and they keep dropping in price
>same item
>same store
>6 bucks less
oh nvm its because you can customise the velcro tag on the second one
<:pepesmug:589101277879992339>
Chink market is so saturated that price gouging isn't nearly as common as it once was
It's a race to the bottom now
When new infographic?
When you know how to get by without being spoonfed
Other than that, theres new shit coming out all the time, so its hard/impossible to keep one up to date
Yeah
But anon posted that he is making infographic
From this link https://pastebin.com/JfuaDWGg
there's also one i was working on but kinda hit a wall with formatting and the such, you can see it here: https://g-csg.github.io/
Best way to make one would probably be just a google sheets link
google ๐คข
@Windatica holy fuck that is nice
nah the one you posted was nice, the anon used some script or something to generate a pdf with the old infographic art style using plaintext
maybe i should have reached out
Actually github page is great something pole awesome lists

Dreami store on ali isn't like some scammers, right? I assume not but thought I should check here before buying since I'm never 100% sure when buying stuff on ali
look at their ratings?
and sort by order amount
oh yeah just being stupid didn't think of that for some reason
fuck
i replaced the charging port on my RN5 pro and now the headphone jack is loose as fuck
my headphones get detached if i even look at it the wrong way
is there a way to buy a quality replacement jack
are there any good vendors for replacement ports
You can try using pincers to tighten up the jack port a bit
doable without taking the cover off?
shit is a pain
what has happened to the message centre on ali?
i can only use some shitty chat thing
and sellers don't reply
"Dear friend, if there is no reply here. You can try to contact me using the internal letter."
<:thonk:288060975775612929>
<:kms:327934280619655179>
"we have sale offer for you dear please give 5 star or i come for you"
that shows my old messages but won't allow me to send to new sellers
Guys help my order has not arrived but when I try to dispute it shows this
Does this mean it has arrived and have been returned
<:blobthinkingeyes:427568214579609601>
tracking messages are cryptic
it clearly says right there to wait 5 days
you should be able to track using your local post website
if it was sent with bpost
Honestly I don't care that much it's only like 1,5$ but I ain't gonna let the chinks chink me
Emisar D4 v2 coming bois
I need to fucking buy the D18
oh shit's already got its own store page!
n+1 fast clicks
no usbc fast charge flashlight ๐ค
usb c flashlights exists
not sure about fast charging tho
apperently Lumintop ODL20C supports some kind of fast charge
`Durable USB Type-C charging with 2A max charging current, 3 hours to fully charge a 5000mAh Li-ion battery, fast and convenience`
USB C alone makes me hard
idk what they're waiting for
we have The Technology
I was really hoping those QCY earbuds in hot meals were USB C charging, I would've bought them
like if you wanted to, you could make your own shitty usb-c fast charge flashlight by using a power bank and a USB flashlight
but they're microUSB
Someone recommended me BLF 348 some time ago but I still haven't gotten around to getting one
๐ค
no pictures of the tailcap even though it has that
Is there any risk of using JD over tmall?
I found the shanling m0 cheaper on JD.
I have like 4
Do they last long
I get the feeling they would eat through the AAA battery
uuuuuuuh I recharged it like once in two weeks
can't really give you an accurate estimate on runtime
but I use IKEA rechargeable batteries exclusively
IKEA LADDA, white ones
they're eneloops
Thanks
