Are there any differences between the screens? What should I consider when looking for the replacement screen?

There is a store next town that sells a screen for 50€ and they claim that the quality is good. Plus the screen has a warranty too. Maybe I just get the screen from there. 200€ + 50€ for an 128gb iphone 7 still sounds reasonable to me.
