I’m from the States, born in California, grew up in Arkansas, where I still reside. I’m 28, I’m a traditionalist, I believe in God, Family, and Country. I want to be the best me that I can be, mentally and spiritually sound and physically fit and ready.

I’m a bartender, a lot of my exercise comes from work actually. Lifting kegs and toting beer up flights of stairs, bouncing the rude patrons out. I mountain bike, and I predominantly only put beef, bacon, eggs, and water in my body. Sometimes some milk, if I feel like eating some pizza once a month I don’t beat myself up about it.

I ran across the Wargus Christi page on Facebook through a sponsored ad I’m pretty sure. I’ve been in a sort of self renaissance as of late. I grew up Pentecostal, raised in the church, but backslid. The older I grow the more important it is for me to retain tradition and be closer to God and follow the teachings of Christ more closely.

Canada. I'm looking to start up a training plan and looking for advice. I have stayed somewhat in shape but I want to build up strength and fitness more. I've been a Roman Catholic my whole life but never took my faith seriously until around 2 years ago. Now I'm taking my faith very seriously and working to improve my knowledge of Catholicism and working to improve my strength in my faith. I am from the coast of Pomerania (Poland). I was born into family of Zen pioneers in my country. Converted to Mormon Fundamentalism over half year ago. I mostly lift weights to stay strong, I try to do every sport I can. Mostly running and boxing. Thank you, @Psalmist . I'm from Brazil, lifting for about 2 years and training boxing for championship, also starting on jiu-jitsu. Born as a protestant, became an atheist and regained my faith after changing much of my life for the better. I am from Central Florida, I work 8hrs overnight cleaning floors and get most of my cardio via that, followed by dumbbell usage at home every morning. I was agnostic for the better part of my teenage years but regained my faith after a harrowing event and encouragement from both my family and my baptist christian fiancé. I wish to join because I have spent the vast majority of my life past my childhood as a gluttonous selfish faithless obese dreg and I wish to change that and begin appreciating the gifts God has given me.

USA, Pacific NW. Training is currently rather basic. Small set of pushups situps before bed and first thing in the morning, running on monday, weights Friday. My job was most of my actual exercise, but having a more sedentary job now - its been hard to get into a real routine. I haven't exactly narrowed my faith down to any one school of thought beyond general Christianity if you will. I'm currently trying to understand more as I'm new to it all. I want to join because a place to discuss these classically 'masculine' ideas appeals greatly to me, in a world which around me slowly becomes more and more feminine this is a nice reprieve

I'm located in Western Canada, I do not currently have a training program. I work as a mason which keeps me physically fit. Plus I've trained for a full year before injuring my shoulder, looking to get back into the gym. I was a degenerate atheist drug addict in my early 20s, Christ saved me from that life when he made himself known to me in a strong way. Lately I have been backsliding, I no longer read the bible like I used to, or pray, or attend a church regularly.

I’m from Central Minnesota, currently training 5/3/1 with added body weight exercises. I also train Jiu Jitsu when I’m able to find extra time. I grew up Christian, struggled with my faith while in the military, now I’m more solid in my belief than ever. Jesus Christ is my lord and savior, he is the one who can grant salvation. I believe in the trinity. I want to join to better myself and more importantly better glorify god, I want to have more Christian brothers with similar outlooks on the world.

Good afternoon <@&608791492521230348>, from Midwest U.S. I'm a devout Roman Catholic, born and raised. I spent some time in the USMC, and have recently started getting back into shape after a long period of laziness, both physical and spiritual. I have had a serious problem with pornography for years, going to confession every week only to fall again, and I am finally taking matters into my own hands rather than passively waiting for deliverance. @Dyno I'm from southern California, I lift regularly big compound movements Bench 275, Deadlift 405, Squat 395 and looking to start fighting soon. I have gone to university and work in the medical field and I also undertook an extensive biblical study school that deepened my knowledge of God's word and my faith. Besides that I have done missionary work in Mexico, India, Paraguay, and Argentina.
The reason I am joining is because I want a group of like minded men who worship Christ in the pursuit of all things including lifting and fighting, not just another coffee and donuts bible study. I am very interested to see what Wargus Christi has put together in NZ and am looking to start something similar with lots of men in Southern California because the need is great out there and I know many brothers are without community besides going to church on Sunday and we need that now more than ever.
