Orthodox. I've just returned from a trip to Eastern Europe where I spent a disproportionate amount of time in the church. The union between the spirit and the flesh is what I believe drives us up among mere beasts and animals.

Elsewise, I also consider physical activity important. While I haven't fully gotten swole for the benefit of muscular Christianity, the gym and spending time in the great outdoors is an important activity for me alongside self mastery in other areas. Therefore I reckon that getting into something more serious would be mutually beneficial.

3. Non-denominational church, it doesn't have a physical location, think glorified bible study. Grew up Presbyterian, almost went to seminary, didn't like the message they were pushing. Went to college and ignored Christ's teachings (to an extent) for awhile, realized the spiritual hole in my life and the lord has consistently placed Trials that have led me back to him. @Darradarljod I’m from the southern coast of Alabama. I’m doing a bit of strongman training and I’m still looking for a decent BJJ studio in my area. And I was originally a southern baptist but I didn’t agree with the ideology. I wished to return to the faith of my forefathers that migrated before me.

From Connecticut, I'm currently finishing up recovery from an arm injury, so lifting has been slightly out of reach for a few months. Once I'm able to lift again, I'll continue lifting to improve my own health. I've been walking/jogging every day that my schedule has permitted, and I'll be continuing that even after I start lifting again. I don't really have a faith, but I've found that I share a lot of opinions with traditionalist christians.

Sorry to hear of the injury mate, I've been recovering from a knee surgery myself. I'll put you through.
