she had means and opportunity
to what?
to be honest, I'd probably cheer you on in a suicide
Like, I want to see that bitch suffer, too. But if you think she gets "justice" then imagine the repercussions
This would turn the whole legal system upside down
You could get tried for the pettiest of petty shit
a history of getting others fired and now a significant connection to a high profile suicide is "petty?"
What connection does she have to the suicide?
If I rob you on the streets and you commit suicide the next day, did I murder you?
I think the best thing to do is to ruin her legacy
The same way she caused people's suffering
Lets just make sure people never forget about what she's done to people
her legacy is already toxic. the problem is a baffling amount of people close their eyes, cover their ears, and keep hiring her
Yeah
I'm thinking of this as a puzzle piece to a larger war
Because in my opinion that's what it is
I am sure it was in here where a person didn't know what the political spectrum was and then didn't understand, the way the spectrum was layed out was totalitarian and authoritarian. For all those who like authoritarianism , you get your Hitler's and your stuff on the top left hand corner of the spectrum and then for all those on the right side of the spectrum are totalitarian, they are totalitarian regimes. As in they will not be marching around telling you that your land doesn't belong to you but they will put you on lockdown if needs be. Thatcher was totalitarian.
good to know, however if this is a reference to the conversation I think it is, that wasn't the contension.
the contension was someone using Hitler's left position to say it was "liberal"
actually not even that, he really had no grounded justification for the term
@Jokerfaic no authoritarian left is at the top left hand corner of the spectrum I will show you in a second.
No, see, ***I*** know that.... here, gimme a sec
Totalitarian regimes don't believe in democracy
DNC does what DNC does best. Do reasonable politics? No. Care for people? No. Screw over the only reasonable politician that they have among their midst? Hell yeah!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAEeVP7sRyc
oh yeah, completely fucked her
@Jokerfaic @@Engineered Eldritch Catgirl yeah and I like to always think that Thatcher was liberal but she wasn't. She was said to have elected the house of lords and have all the peers on her side. That's not really democratic. They are meant to dispute now and again. Especially in parliament.
https://www.politicalcompass.org/
@TEABAG!!! dude, I'm not the one who needs an education on this
unless this isn't the argument you were referring to, in which case, pardon me
He's tagged because I think it was hard work for you. Sorry about that.
But yeah, if you need help use the compass as your guide to preventing bullshite. A majority of people will fall on the middle because the questions suck!
I've done several, and basicaally I'll fluctuate up and down a little bit, but remain lower left
I don't believe I'll ever cross the left/right line
I'm a secularist and recognize the importance of social programs
Yeah I am lower central left . I nearly crossed the line and went top left, when I was angry but , no. I am always bottom, liberal and center
I don't like secularlism. I am not into the whole thing. You either integrate or, fuck off as far as I am concerned.
The political compass has issues. But the biggest issue is that people do not understand even the political compass.
Social programs only work with those whom want to integrate .
secularism has nothing to do with social programs
@ETBrooD I have to admit, it took me a while. I even tried different tests out as well.
its the separation of church and state
Not into it. We need the church to wake up and protect us from the crazy other religions. Then we can, be free.
I mentioned it because its something that keeps me anchored to the left half
not just christian church, ANY church
religion should have no place in any government
Yeah they creep in ... And you know whom I am talking about! Look at the Netherlands!
Mustafa Kemal Atatรผrk secularized Turkey into a functional democracy while still being a heavily muslim nation
The Netherlands is a lost cause because they had no church to protect its people.
but then Erdogan came along and started reviving a sunni caliphate
Then all the Muslims have come in and dominate their political left.
I don't think you're quite understanding how secularism works
This is definitely, not a good time to separate church from state, hence I went near the top left.
No, I think it doesn't work for France either.
no...... top left would enforce atheism..... I would know
Not neccessarily
Hitler for example enforced a different, twisted form of Christianity
Yeah and I wanted to enforce atheism. I didn't want to have a religion be in control, however, look at Holland and find out how close they came to destroying things and how Muslim they have all become.
also you keep conflating 'church' to only refer to christianity..... you don't seem to understand
You can't enforce atheism
Wait I will show you Holland.
Too many people want to be religious
no, don't bother
you're not getting it
secular means NO religion in government
not chritianity, or islam, or judaism, or hinduism, or sikhs, or budhism, nothing
@Jokerfaic

I don't see how you keep trying to claim this would benefit muslims
Simple, selection bias
I find it tough to not have one against the other and then I want , nothing to do with any of them. I think that Islam is definitely used politically
any religion can manipulate politics. its an ideology like any other, and as such is inherently expansionist
and trying to play one against the other will only ensure whichever one wins will be permenantly entrenched in the system for centuries to come
At the moment, they will have a problem trying to divide it from the state in the Netherlands because they had no religion to protect them against it to begin with.
So, I have a problem with people in Europe not identifying themselves as a once Christian nation.
you realise this is the same logic that led the US government to support jihadists and warlords in africa and the middle east simply to oppose the Soviets
one cancer is not less lethal than the other
secular government is plenty effective at holding back Islam. Look at Saddam's Bathists
@Jokerfaic it's Holland hence the reason why I don't live there. I can see other countries with strong ties to their religious, Christianity , like Spain and France for example. Clinging on for dear life to their traditions. But , boy are the USA one walking contradiction.
They don't have a higher power to govern them like the UK have
You're really not listening to a word I'm saying.
@Jokerfaic but I want a church to govern the UK. So I am listening. I just don't want the church of England to be detached from government.
That's why I am torn.
Then I'm afraid we won't find a resolution to our differences
I just think America has no religion at all and it is a melting pot for trouble.
then I must inquire what country you're actually referring to
America is still and has been a majority christian nation
with a majoirty of outspoken evangelical government officers
many openly calling for christian law over democratic law
No it has no actual denomination interweaved with decision making in senate
The house of lords has 39 bishops involved in the government's process.
I must beg to differ
I don't see any church members in senate
So it's all a load of bollucks.
you'll still find senators arguing for legislation citing their religious beliefs
Hence the reason why they are able to make poop decisions regarding fighting.
fighting what?
I am saying , their religious beliefs don't actually mean the church, is officially involved.
The church or England is appointed in the house of lords.
a distinction without a difference
the result is the same, modern day democracy strongarmed by caveman superstition
