I got in an argument with my female roommate.

We were talking about female pay at work.

She's for maternity leave, employer-paid birth control and breastfeeding rooms established at work.

I said "all of those will lower your salary" and she said - it shouldn't. It should just be provided ON TOP OF a salary.

@Rhunespire Well, the finance company I work at has a breast-feeding room but they bring pumps in and leave with fresh milk. They don't bring their babies to work, thank god. I am pretty sure that won't be happening for a while. I hope they realize kids are normally distracting.

The parents can bring their kids to work for LUNCH and to check it out but day in and day out of bringing your kids would get really annoying if they're loud.

all lineages come from gracie and machado and should be provable/traceable. particularly through photos with the coaches

i think the formality of the school doesn't matter as long as the fighters/coaches are good
