Changes to the route:
- Cut the march around to the Capitol's East face. Too cramped and policed. Minimal space to expand for speech. Regular protests outside Supreme Court likely could cause issue. Police on capitol grounds themselves seem a little on edge. Sidewalks to get there are slim, and taking the street may be difficult with so much police traffic with their heavy vehicles and such.

- Instead, march will take place at the stone pathway on the West side of the Capitol Reflecting Pool. More space, fewer police interference, no traffic, and a more simplified marching route. Still is further than we went for the M4L, but less than we went last year. To remedy, I propose the following.

- When we pass the Lincoln Monument, we will climb the steps and make a lap around the immediate circumference of the upper layer, within the columns. This will be timely and safe, and provide an impeccable look. I saw no cops stationed at the monument, and no signs cautioning this area off to anyone. People were freely walking the area.
