We have laws for 'mutual combat' where I live, so people are allowed to duke it out if both sides consent, but adding a weapon makes it lethal intent and illegal.

It's definitely not like any other state. It feels like a new country to a lot of people when you move here, and it definitely has its own culture

would love to go camping out in that state

new mexico too, such beautiful territory out there

but i really only got a few glimpses as i drove home a few months ago

ill have to make my way back out there and give it a longer visit sometime soon

It kills me that gas prices have raised so much since when I was a kid. I'd love to go on a long road trip and see a bunch more of the US.

when i was in HS it was like a little over a buck a gallon

20 bucks to get me as far as say, vermont

another 20 bucks to get home

its not too bad these days, the drive to and from colorado was pretty reasonable i think
