well, this is one of those things that the government SHOULD pay for

i think thats a pretty easy sell

i dont think you will find too many tax payers that disagree we need better voting machines

and they sure as hell wont use money from other budgets

They'll demand to increase taxes to pay for it, and people wont do it

maybe some will squabble on who pays for them

but that should be pretty easily worked into the budget
