And I mean everything.

2018-09-21 10:11:23 UTC

O ya that movie.

2018-09-21 10:11:25 UTC

The Island was about growing full humans for harvesting though, not just separate organs

2018-09-21 10:11:44 UTC

Or growing humans for breeding.

2018-09-21 10:11:57 UTC

Then they would kill them after they gave birth.

2018-09-21 10:12:00 UTC

yeah

2018-09-21 10:12:24 UTC

No it's not. The process of clone animals is exactly the same for humans. Cloning organs on a scaffold is exactly the same. We aren't there yet.

2018-09-21 10:12:32 UTC

But not cloning for having orgies with 4 Scarlet Johansons... 😒

2018-09-21 10:13:23 UTC

Sorry, have we already decided that clones have no human rights?

2018-09-21 10:14:02 UTC

We are talking about the process of growing organs with out having to clone an entire person.

2018-09-21 10:14:51 UTC

I was refering to the movie

2018-09-21 10:14:56 UTC

I for this. Let them carry to full term and sell to the highest bidder. Chang my mind.

2018-09-21 10:15:25 UTC

You mean with the disabled baby thing?

2018-09-21 10:17:09 UTC

yeah

2018-09-21 10:17:26 UTC

Maybe not to the highest bidder.

2018-09-21 10:17:44 UTC

its just a stupid alternative,

since they're disabled in some form, they're genetically a liability already, who knows in what way depending on the disability

On top of that, since its baby organs you can't really stuff them in a grown person, so you'd have other babies that will be on treatment for life,

Meaning that with universal healthcare, you'd be paying for someone elses 5-20 years of life

2018-09-21 10:18:27 UTC

cuz afaik, we haven't managed to give life-long resistance against organ rejection 🤔

You can give someone 5-20 years depending on the organ

2018-09-21 10:19:21 UTC

besides, i'd love to have 4-5 clones with me, so i can become a roaming gang of Dr.Wols 😛

2018-09-21 10:22:16 UTC

The answer to our concerns is something we're not funding properly

2018-09-21 10:22:24 UTC

Dead baby due to lack of organ or 20 years of life? I do not see genetic deficiencies as a problem. Just coz you're still born doesn't mean you are a mutant. Babies are dying at the moment coz it's not a nice thing to ask parents that have just lost their child. 'Can we cut them up'

2018-09-21 10:22:26 UTC

Fuckin' STEM CELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLS

2018-09-21 10:22:30 UTC

GET THEM HERE

2018-09-21 10:22:36 UTC

WHAT ARE WE DOING

2018-09-21 10:23:02 UTC

yes. Agreed, But others are. We will get there. This sovles a problem now.

2018-09-21 10:23:14 UTC

but why settle for 20 years Poppy? When we can give them 80?

2018-09-21 10:23:25 UTC

I'll give you 60.

2018-09-21 10:23:29 UTC

65 tops.

2018-09-21 10:23:31 UTC

Alright 66.

2018-09-21 10:23:38 UTC

But not a year more

2018-09-21 10:23:46 UTC

67 is my FINAL OFFER.

2018-09-21 10:23:51 UTC

geez, my lifestyle isn't THAT detrimental 😛

2018-09-21 10:23:55 UTC

Take it or leave it.

2018-09-21 10:24:08 UTC

I wont settle for anything more than 55!

2018-09-21 10:24:23 UTC

Alright ya twisted my arm. 68, but you're ROBBING me here.

2018-09-21 10:24:33 UTC

It's not guaranteed that they will need another replacement. Whats the problem?

2018-09-21 10:24:52 UTC

It is guaranteed, since atm organ rejection is inevitable

2018-09-21 10:25:04 UTC

not in 20 it might not be.

2018-09-21 10:25:47 UTC

It's so cute when kids don't know what to do with their hands and they become Gumby.

2018-09-21 10:25:52 UTC

you'd still be shoveling immuno-suppresants into said person

whilst with stem-cells and cloning you don't have to anymore, they'd be clean

2018-09-21 10:26:28 UTC

Yes, agreed. But this sovles a problem right now.
