I think I'd lose my voice before I got to the necessary decibel.

2018-09-28 05:25:57 UTC

I think she's being manipulated by politicians. At a certain level the lie becomes more important than you.

2018-09-28 05:26:54 UTC

The left is entirely dependent on Ford being certain

2018-09-28 05:27:04 UTC

Well the seeming endless stream of women they have ready to make false accusation says a lot to.

2018-09-28 05:27:47 UTC

i claim they are false too because they have lots of inconsistency and things that could not have happened

2018-09-28 05:28:08 UTC

I can't help but think these people are describing things that happened, but misassigning the blame.

2018-09-28 05:28:15 UTC

If one of the women was a republican I might re evaluate.

2018-09-28 05:28:44 UTC

The fact that they are all activists for the left prior make me more skeptical

2018-09-28 05:28:47 UTC

But with some of the accusations...

2018-09-28 05:29:06 UTC

some women admit they only believe her because someting happened to them

2018-09-28 05:29:21 UTC

I think it's funny that the accusations about Pedesta had more credibility...

2018-09-28 05:30:18 UTC

A women on npr backed out of her comment saying she could collaborate Ford statement when she could not actually provide any evidence. She said she only made the statment because it made her feel empowered

2018-09-28 05:31:08 UTC

Ellison accuser also has more evidence than all of kavanagh accusers combined

2018-09-28 05:32:18 UTC

If the left wants to buy Kavanaugh, can we agree that pizza gate wasn't so crazy?

2018-09-28 05:32:38 UTC

Media is the left, so no.

2018-09-28 05:32:57 UTC

Anyway, introduce me to Roe v. Wade it seems to be thrown around a bit. I checked wiki and it seemed to go into whether late term abortions could be considered constitutionally legal.

2018-09-28 05:33:26 UTC

But I’m missing something I bet

2018-09-28 05:34:07 UTC

I think it's less about abortions and more a court precedent against states rights

2018-09-28 05:34:28 UTC

That's why it's considered such a pillar

2018-09-28 05:34:31 UTC

i don't think roe v wade will get overturnedeven if kavanaugh is sworn in. Robert's strike me as a don't wanna rock the boat type even if he is Conservative

2018-09-28 05:34:32 UTC

So whether the main body can deny a state to make those terms?

2018-09-28 05:34:45 UTC

I think its wackier than that. Isn't it like because right to privacy for medical records women can get abortions.

2018-09-28 05:35:22 UTC

If roe v wade weren't there, states would make abortion law

2018-09-28 05:35:33 UTC

Oh okay so

2018-09-28 05:35:33 UTC

I would rather that.

2018-09-28 05:35:52 UTC

The ruling legitimized federal authority

2018-09-28 05:36:04 UTC

Roe v. Wade allowed the federal gov to say every state should feel the same way about x because they said so?

2018-09-28 05:36:14 UTC

Yes

2018-09-28 05:36:24 UTC

Okay, that helps

2018-09-28 05:36:35 UTC

That's my take anyway

2018-09-28 05:36:35 UTC

And abortion was just a bi-product of it

2018-09-28 05:36:37 UTC

If I thought strongly 1 way or another that a. abortion was murder or b.abortion wasn't murder I wouldn't want its legality decided by arbitrary state law

2018-09-28 05:37:04 UTC

I'm a centrist reformist though

2018-09-28 05:37:08 UTC

Death penalty is state by state

2018-09-28 05:37:11 UTC

Mileage may vary

2018-09-28 05:37:52 UTC

So I think maybe abortion should be controlled a bit more with federal guidelines and states hold up a bit. But it now seems clearer roe v wade was a states rights issue in the end

2018-09-28 05:38:24 UTC

Roe vs Wade is entirely predicated on privacy

2018-09-28 05:38:38 UTC

The Court ruled 7–2 that a right to privacy under the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment extended to a woman's decision to have an abortion

2018-09-28 05:38:42 UTC

from wikipedia

2018-09-28 05:39:09 UTC

Okay so I think I remember within their home they talked about abortions with women?
