@Deleted User I doubt that. First of all, the FBI don't want to be involved in this circus at all and aren't exactly going to go digging. They'll compile the documents they already have (and have already given over), do a few basic interviews getting denials on record, and that's it. Second of all, the FBI higher echelons don't exactly like Trump.

The thing is, if Judge does what his lawyer will recommend and refuses to give an interview then it'll look like he's hiding something. But they have no legal authority to compel him to give an interview because there is no subpoena or grounds for getting one because there is no probable cause.
