@sevvierose That is scary.
for some reason discord wont show it when you post it
We bring people over from the other end of the world to work at tech companies. Why would you be a software engineer and homeless, unless there is something seriously wrong in our social structure?
MMMMmmh. Getting kicked off of someone's Facebook over a class five echo-chamber breach...
Here is a video from your favorite YouTuber, Steve Shives:

@RyeNorth That's funny. i am in facebook jail right now. will probably say goodbye to my friends there and then delete account
I can post transcripts if I need to.
I have been posting my Minds account, so anyone who cares to keep up with me should follow me there. If they want to stay on Facebook, that's their choice.
@RyeNorth Yeah, i'd read it for the lulz
In another 2 years or so, Facebook will be just as miserable as MySpace is now.
In another 2 years or so, Facebook will be a public utility, just how they want it.
By the time that would be through, alt-tech would already be big enough for that to no longer make sense.
I hope not, but probably.
People would be calling for whatever is the current chosen platform to be a public utility. That would never fly.
I know that some of the bobble heads on youtube called for it, like Styx or Cullen, but I don't think they know what they are talking about.
You don't want Facebook to be a public utility.
Seize the means of discussion. Open borders for private property. Only communism can protect us from the commies.
Neither would I want the current alt-tech platforms to become a public utility.
Let Facebook crash and burn on their own.
It will be that more satisfying to see.
Making them a public utility at this point would extend their lifetime, if anything.
Bigger companies in US history have been overtaken by smaller, more nimble upstart competitors.
Tallpost incoming.
Names have been redacted to protect the innocent.
*clank clank*
I think I confused muh law and order for dragnet...
lol his guilt or innocence is inconsequential
Begging the question.
"Look, I may be wrong, but.."
This is a fallacy. The meme is shitty, because it assumes the truthfulness in the second part, thereby making a false equivalence.
