When people say "Employment is going up"

I want those same people to say on the record "Poverty is decreasing"

Poverty is decreasing.

And employment is going up.

Why would I? Because part time minimum wage, is under-employment.

But technically it counts as employment.

They do not distinguish people who live with their parents and work part time
