I assume she's ded, since she left suddenly
Social mobility is pretty stunted in the current economic climate though.
didn't something pis her off
People regularly receive raises and promotions without changing companies.
I mean
anyone that stops existing in my daily life i assume dead until told otherwise
Even at my job taking care of old people
I earned a raise.
Okay Xorgy but have you listened to all the other stories that have the exact opposite experience?
Or do you just assume they were all lazy.
hence AussieAryan died, Arch-fiend died
@xorgy Getting a promotion or such won't happen, the job you apply for and get will most likely be the same once you leave.
Some places, your entitled to a raise every few years
People hire managers and such from the outside.
Granted
```People hire managers and such from the outside.```
This is the big one.
It might have been because I was taking the shift of literally everyone
!rank
There was a notice to apply for a higher position.
A few people within the store applied.
And there were two jackoffs who always had me cover for them
@Scribblehatch that slo pisses me off
One was even told they'd get it.
So what should have been 9 hours was 12 hours daily.
@acarson ?
invert it, its 1945, end of wwii, nuclear bombs in japan, 2 of them
Oof
And then they hired someone from without.
@Gear I mean, like... at least millions of people have received raises in the last two years in the U.S. without changing companies.
@Scribblehatch when they hire. Manns gers from outside but won't promote from within
go apply for a job at the Dutch airlines, they have a policy that job vacancies will be filled in-company exclusively for a month, and unless it goes unanswered they'll hire otuside jobs
i hate the nukes in wwii because it meant a bunch of cool US prop planes never got used
Oh your mispellings are fierce man.
