it hits a peak, there are twin studies on this.. better parenting by higher class parents does give the kid an advantage in early could hood but as they become adults it levels out.. there is no significant difference between the Twins in IQ

but ur not gonna be able to take a person with an IQ of say 90 and turn it into 120.

this has been disproven through countless twin studies, nurture might actually have almost no affect in raising the IQ.
The IQ level reaches a peak in adulthood regardless of parenting given sufficient nutrition.
