Andrew doesn't seem to understand how pathetic the governments response has been so far in dealing with this, once you realise that then you'd understand why the government needs to shut down the country or else the virus will keep spreading. Once you can accept these two facts voila you'd be able to criticise the governments actions and demand better actions from the government at the same time.
