"It would seem that some of the critics could have a point that CPAPs are not as ideal as ventilators, but Cramer points out that it could be possible to retrofit machines such as a CPAP into a makeshift ventilator (aside from the other benefits we just mentioned). Here in Louisiana, doctors are doing that now while they are coping with the problem of having two patients per ventilator. CPAP machines do save lives, and if they mean the difference between life or death, why go and smear a company that is donating a bunch of these devices to help out sick people and medical staff in this time?"
Any thoughts on this?

Maybe it's just me but that seems to me as an effort to protect Elon, to minimise his shortcoming in not delivering what he'd promised.
There's nothing wrong with failure. Admit it, learn from it and move on...
Summed up in an image:
WuFlu hasn't even hit yet, they already want to impeach him over it.
ahh... coincidence....
if u lost it all... now u know who...
What is the definition of madness?
To repeat the same failed experiment expecting a different outcome....

He does have some 'Harrison Ford's older and shorter brother' vibe to him...
Short men are in, ladies.
I can't take any more tragedy, even the toilet paper trucks are burning!

@Jabba's Soapbox
Police state much?
Am I seeing that accurately?
I think in australia we're there. it's an offence to refuse to give your papers afaik
Oh, wow. I think here as well in Spain.
yes, they used wrong reason to fine her because they originally said she was suspected of not having ticket...
...but if they'd said she was suspected of having COVID-19, then her fine and conviction would stand.
That makes it sound like an overblown technicality and not anything that should give reason to worry.
also thanks for the tl;dr
Yeah, cops are just enforcing whatever the fuck they want right now
doesn't have to be logical, consistent, or legal
It's almost as if they're thick as pig shit
and they're used to NEVER backing down
no matter how absurd the initial words out of their mouth, they will never ever admit they are wrong
